This policy explains what we collect through streasystems.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who runs this site

STREA Systems is a business name used by Indra Robinson, who runs it as an individual. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you start a Diagnostic request, you tell us what feels hard in your business, what that looks like day to day, what your business does, how many people work in it, and which tools you use. You also give us your name, email address and business name. Your website and any notes are optional.

When you book a time, the scheduling page asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and optional notes.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

Cloudflare hosts this website. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and we can see overall traffic figures, such as the number of visits. When we last checked, our site did not set cookies and used no advertising or tracking scripts.

How we use it

We use what you send to prepare for your Diagnostic, to confirm your booking, and to reply to you. When you start a Diagnostic request, your information is saved in our customer records. Submitting the form does not send you an automatic message. If you book, you receive a booking confirmation email, and the booking is added to our calendar.

We may contact you by email or phone about your request. We do not send text messages from this form.

Submitting the Diagnostic form or booking a time does not sign you up for marketing. If we ever want to send you marketing, we will ask you separately and you can say no.

Who can see it

Indra and the people who help her run the business can see this information in our systems when they need it for their work.

We use these providers to run the service: GoHighLevel (customer records, scheduling and booking confirmation email), Google Workspace (email and calendar), and Cloudflare (website hosting). The scheduling page is provided by GoHighLevel and may use its own cookies, which GoHighLevel explains in its own policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your Diagnostic answers, contact details and booking records in our customer records while they are useful for working with you. We do not delete them automatically. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected].

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use established providers that have their own security controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
